We are happy to share that we are working with our Carnival Vendor to host our Parish’s largest fundraiser from July 21-24. Our vendor is securing their staff for the event through a government program and we are working to re-align all of the other components.
We are re-releasing opportunities to volunteer for adults and our parish students seeking service hours. We hope that you will take a look at your own availability and consider signing up for a shift or two–we could really use the help!

Our Grand Raffle and Last Queen Standing Raffle will still go on as planned with re-adjusted drawing dates. Tickets for both are available at the rectory office and Grand Raffle tickets may be purchased online. Raffle tickets are a great opportunity for businesses and office buddies to pool their chances together to win big!
The deadline for sponsorships has extended as a result of our new timeframe. If you are able to support the Carnival financially, please consider a sponsorship at any dollar amount. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
We are excited to share that our exclusive hours for individuals with special needs have been rescheduled as well. Join us from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, July 23. Bracelets will be $10 and will offer unlimited rides for each rider. Please arrive and head under the tent to purchase.
While we know the change in dates is something new to adjust to, we also know how special it is when our community comes together. We look forward to coming together with each of you in just a few short weeks. We hope you are free to join us for what is sure to be a great event!

Dear Parishioners and Friends,
We are so thankful for your continued support of the MHR Carnival. Your attendance, and donations are greatly appreciated. Year after year we know that we can count on our community to show up for us in this special way.
We are writing to inform you that over the weekend we received word that our Carnival Ride Vendor and an alternate company are unable to staff the Carnival. While not the news that we had hoped for after such hard work preparing for the event, we are working on an alternative.
Our current plan involves rescheduling for a new weekend in July, which we hope to communicate with you soon. The Carnival Committee is working to pivot and readjust and hopes to have an update to share about potential alternatives soon. Please continue to watch for updates.
We will adjust the dates moving forward when we have solidified our plan. The drawings for the Parish Grand Raffle and the Last Queen Standing will transition to take place during future dates.
